The Story
Hey guys! My name is Tiffany, and I’m the founder of Red Flower Health Coaching! My background and experience come from working in various roles in the healthcare industry since starting out as a humble nursing assistant in 2012 and working my way up to, ultimately, becoming a nurse practitioner in 2020.
Throughout much of my nursing career, I struggled on and off with burnout as healthcare workers have been asked to do more and more over the years with less and less resources. I have also seen countless frustrating examples of how, despite this increased work from healthcare professionals and the increased cost of healthcare spending, we still continue to fail over and over again in helping our patients live healthy, abundant lives free from disease or disability!
I reached my peak burnout level (not surprisingly!) during the COVID-19 pandemic and was just about ready to walk away from working in healthcare altogether. I was really struggling with my career choice and wondering if I was truly making a difference in anyone’s life with the rapid pace I was expected to be able to see patients and somehow still have the time to be able to support them in making lasting changes in their health that could help prevent or manage their chronic medical conditions.
The fact is that up to 80% of chronic diseases can be prevented or alleviated just by making some simple, inexpensive changes in our day-to-day lives [1]. 80%! Yet I felt like all I had time for as an NP was to prescribe another pill that just covered up the symptoms but didn’t truly help my patients get better. Being a person of faith, I spent MONTHS praying and asking for God’s guidance not only on how to move forward in my career and dig myself out of the huge burnout hole I had gotten myself into (with His help, of course!) but also how I could best serve Him and His people in a way that truly helped them to reach their full health potential.
And the Lord graciously put it on my heart one day to become a health and wellness coach to be able to have the time to actually sit down with my clients, hear their stories of how they got to be where they are today, work alongside them during the ups and downs of their health journey, and cheer my clients on as they are FINALLY successful in accomplishing their hopes and goals they have for themselves and, hopefully, prevent (or possibly reverse!) chronic illness in the meantime! And the rest is history! Or, more fitting, His story…
The Mission
To affirm women of their God-given value, foster an environment where they feel heard, and inspire them to reach their full potential.

The Values and Approach
Grace
I operate under the premise of GRACE and encourage you to be loving and gentle with yourself during your health transformation. No one is perfect, and we all stumble and fall sometimes! Giving ourselves GRACE allows us to move forward toward hope and healing instead of dwelling on past failures or mistakes.
Integrity
I strive to conduct my business with INTEGRITY and do what’s right in the face of adversity or challenges. My goal is to be fully honest and transparent in all my interactions with you, my future or current client. I aim to be a good steward of the resources given to me so I can make the biggest impact in your life and the lives of others I have been entrusted to serve.
Trust
I genuinely TRUST that you know what is best for yourself, your health, and your loved ones, given your unique situation. I seek to establish a relationship with you that is built on TRUST; where you can feel comfortable sharing your personal stories with me and TRUST that I have your best interests in mind as we work together to uncover these truths.
Guidance
I will provide gentle GUIDANCE for you on your journey of health change and restoration but will never tell you what you should do or attempt to step in to do the work for you. I rely on the Holy Spirit to provide me with GUIDANCE in my interactions when working with you and how to best serve you in my role as a health coach.
Intentionality
I aim to incorporate INTENTIONALITY in my services so your precious time is not wasted. I also encourage you to strive for INTENTIONALITY in your daily habits and how you spend your time each day in order to foster change, healthy balance, and growth in your life and relationships.
Relationships
I believe that changes happen in the context of RELATIONSHIPS, as none of us were created to live alone, completely isolated from others. I encourage you to connect with other people in your life who can support you on your journey to make lasting changes in your health. I also advocate for healthy boundaries and RELATIONSHIPS with yourself, food, substances, and others.
Challenge
And lastly, I believe we should CHALLENGE old lies and misbeliefs that are no longer serving us anymore and keep us in a cycle of unhealthy habits or relationships. I CHALLENGE you to reach for God-sized goals in your life and health journey that you would have never thought possible! I also value embracing each CHALLENGE that life brings us instead of getting discouraged, as these hardships often have a way of motivating us to achieve higher states of being that we would have never sought on our own if we had lived a life only of pleasure and comfort.
